Recovery is part of the process, and Built Gym’s private sauna makes it easy. Our sauna features clean, private bathrooms and showers so you can go straight from your session to the rest of your day without missing a beat. Included with all memberships and available to day pass guests, it’s the perfect way to wind down after a hard session. Heat therapy improves circulation, reduces muscle soreness, and helps your body bounce back faster. Clean, private, and ready every day.
Bodybuilding Posing Room
Built Gym is home to St. George’s only dedicated bodybuilding posing room. Fully mirrored and completely private, it’s designed specifically for competitive bodybuilders and physique athletes who need a real space to practice their presentation. Whether you’re six weeks out from your first show or a seasoned competitor, this is the room you’ve been looking for. Available to all members, no reservation required.
